Your daily class schedule will alternate
between the following activities:

• VARIOUS CARDIO WORKOUTS & DRILLS • STRETCHING TECHNIQUE
MMAXOUT Strength & Conditioning is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since your teenage years. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.

MMAXOUT Kids believes every child has the right to grow up in a healthy way in order to prevent disease and assure the highest possible quality of life.
A health assessment will be taken at the beginning and the end of each Bootcamp series.
The participant that shows the most improvement by comparison will receive next months Bootcamp challenge FREE.
