The MMAXOUT Body Challenge (MMAX BC) 10 week fitness course combines Boxing, Kickboxing, Weight Training, Strength Training,  Resistance Training, Tire Flipping, Sledge Hammers and much much more plus an easy to follow nutritional plan that anyone can do. First, we team you up with a group of people who are looking to get in shape fast just like you. Then we assign you coaches who’ve done the course, seen amazing results and are here to help you all the way. We do a complete fitness evaluation of your current fitness level; an transofrm you to the next level of fitness. MMAX BC creates a fun, social atmosphere, with motivated instructors excitied to get you on your way to a new you. All MMAX BC instructors teaching the group fitness classes are specially trained and certified to make sure you are performing the resistiance bands and kickboxing techniques with proper form and power. So, when you finish the MMAX BC not only will you have the body you’ve always wanted, you’ll be able to KICK some BUTT!
